Working as a solo operator, the biggest challenge wasn't just the technical execution - it was staying positioned where decisions needed to be made. I placed myself near the event host, coordinating at all times to remain available for dynamic decisions and to adapt in real-time as the event unfolded.
Our Approach
This corporate video production was captured entirely with a single camera, positioned strategically near the event host. Before the conference, the most important moments were identified: the 8 keynote speeches, conversations between partners, and testimonials from industry leaders. During the event, footage was captured across the 3 partnership rooms, documenting genuine conversations and presentations. After the event, all the footage was organized into clean, usable content that could be shared and reused. This approach meant the event continued working as a marketing asset long after it ended - the footage proved that real partnerships were being made.
